Brackets & drag-to-set TP/SL

A bracket is a stop and a target attached to an entry. Set one when you place the order, then fine-tune it by dragging the bracket lines directly on the chart - whether the entry came from the trade ticket, the DOM, or an open position. No re-typing prices: grab the line and move it.

A chart with a stop line below and a target line above an entry, ready to drag

Brackets give an entry an exit plan: a stop to cap the loss and a target to take the profit. You can attach them when you submit - the SL/TP toggle on the trade ticket, the bracket dialog on the DOM - or add and reshape them after the fact on an open position. Once they’re on the chart, each line is draggable, so adjusting a stop is a single gesture and the new price snaps to the market’s tick.

Dragging the lines against live price lets you place a stop or target on a real level instead of guessing at numbers in a form.

  1. Attach a bracket at entry - turn on SL/TP on the trade ticket, or use the bracket dialog on the DOM (right-click a price). You can also add one to an open position.

  2. Find the stop and target lines on the chart.

  3. Drag a line to move it. The price follows your cursor and snaps to the tick.

  4. Repeat for the other side. The bracket updates live.
